Sometimes It's Okay To Not Be Okay

Sometimes it's okay to not be okay. It's okay to cry. It's okay to hurt. It's okay to feel sad. It's okay to feel alone. It's okay to feel lonely. Sometimes Its okay to say I'm not okay when people ask you, are you okay? When you say I'm fine, you know deep down you are not okay. It's okay that sometimes things get tough. It's okay to ask for help. It's okay to not be okay. But it is not okay to give up. If you give up, then those that battle depression everyday will give up as well. It's okay if you're not okay, that's okay. It will happen sometimes. But you have to tell yourself that things will be better tomorrow. Even if they are not better keep telling yourself they will be. Because eventually tomorrow will be better. You have to always remain strong, no matter what you are going through or what life throws at you, You Have To Be Strong. It's okay to not be okay. Sometimes it's hard to follow your heart. To trust those that have hurt you deeply. But tears do not mean that you are losing this battle it only means that you are human and showing emotions. It's okay to not be okay. But to get through this battle, you have to BE STRONG And NOT GIVE UP! This blog is dedicated to a friend named Emily who is battling through her depression and knows that she is not alone. That there are others that are not okay just like she is not okay.
